Mangal Credit and Fincorp fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 19 December 2015

Mangal Credit and Fincorp has fixed 19 December 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 5:1 i.e. Five bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- for every One fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
