Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers announced that Pratap Narayan, an Independent Director, who had submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers has withdrawn the same and accordingly he will continue to be on the Board of Directors and as member / Chairman of various committees of the Board of Directors of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers.
