Manpasand Beverages will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 July 2016 to adopt Notice, Board's Report, Corporate Governance Report, Annexures to Board's Report and notes thereon for the financial year ended March 31, 2016,to vary the terms of the objects of the Issue and approve draft notice for the postal ballot and incidental matter thereto.
