Under ESOP
Mastek announced that at a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on 24 November 2015 has allotted 13,501 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 22,907,827 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 114,539,135.
