MindTree to pay interim dividend for Q2 September 2015

Before 31 October 2015

MindTree announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 October 2015, inter alia, have recommended an interim dividend of 40% (Rs.4/- per equity share of par value Rs.10/- each) for the second quarter ended 30 September 30, 2015. Interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders before 31 October 2015.
