MMTC fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 04 May 2018

MMTC has fixed 04 May 2018 as the record date, subject to approval of shareholders by Postal Ballot, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. 1 (one) equity share of Re.1/- each for every 2 (two) existing equity share of Re.1/- each.
