Monotype India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 November 2016 to consider, inter-alia, extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial Year 2015-16 for a further period of one month i.e. AGM to be held on or before December 31, 2016.
