MRF standalone net profit declines 32.28% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 1.42% to Rs 3338.44 crore

Net profit of MRF declined 32.28% to Rs 286.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 423.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 1.42% to Rs 3338.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3386.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 41.34% to Rs 1451.08 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2473.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 33.40% to Rs 13245.81 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 19887.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
