MSR India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 July 10, 2015, has considered and approved the following :

1. Resignation of M. Srinivasa Reddy as Managing Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of Rajasekhar Reddy as Managing Director of the Company.
