N K Industries announces appointment of company secretary cum compliance officer

With effect from 01 January 2015

N K Industries announced that the Company has appointed Monica M. Surjani as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer w.e.f. 01 January 2015, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and as authorised by the Board of Directors.
