Nagarjuna Agrichem announced that the Compensation Committee, in its meeting held on 21 November 2016 has allotted 2,32,500 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each to the grantees, upon exercise of 2,32,500 options pursuant to 'Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd - Employee Stock Option Scheme-2015'. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.Upon the aforesaid allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 15,61,44,008 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 15,61,44,008/-.
