NCC announces details of proposed rights issue

NCC has announced details of the proposed rights issue as follows -

The issue size is Rs 598.70 crore comprising of 299,347,778 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 20 (including premium of Rs 18 per share). The rights entitlement ratio is 7:6.
