NHPC announces cessation of directors

With effect from 26 September 2014

NHPC announced that Shantikam Hazarika and A. Gopalakrishnan, Independent Directors of the Company ceased to be Directors of NHPC with effect from the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) i.e. 26 September 2014 as the resolutions pertaining to their appointment have not been approved by the shareholders.
