NILE announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 September 2014

NILE announced that the at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30 September 2014, Sridar Swamy and Suketu Harish Shah are appointed as the Independent Directors for a period of 5 years, and Vuyyuru Rajeswari is appointed as a Director. Further, 3 existing independent Directors (S. V. Narasimha Rao, V. Ashok and Satish Malladi) are also appointed as Independent Directors for a period of 5 years at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
