Noble Explochem announces that CoC approves resolution plan of Ipca Laboratories

To submit resolution plan to NCLT on or before 15 October 2019

Noble Explochem (company under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process vide order dated 14 May 2018) announced that a meeting of Committee of Creditors held on 04 October 2019, the members of the Committee of Creditors unanimously approved the Resolution Plan of Ipca Laboratories. The application for approval of the Resolution Plan shall be submitted to the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on or before 15 October 2019.
