NOCIL appoints director

At board meeting held on 31 July 2014

NOCIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2014, has appointed Dharmishta Narendraprasad Raval as Additional Director pursuant to Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Pursuant to Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement Dharmishta N. Raval is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
