Surya Roshni announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following matter:-

- Ramanjit Singh, Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) for Lighting Operations of the Company, has been appointed under group of Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2015 as per the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
