Aarti Drugs has announced that the following changes have been effected /approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 04 April 2014:Rajendra V Gogri, Chairman has resigned as the Chairman of the Company. He, however, continues as the Director of the Company;
Prakash M Patil, Managing Director (MD) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company; and
Sunil M Dedhia, Independent Director of the Company has resigned with effect from 01 April 2014 in view of recently notified Section 149 of Companies Act, 2013 specifying inter alia criteria for an Independent Director.
