Outcome of board meeting of Aptech

Aptech announced that at the Board meeting held on 06 May 2016, Ninad Karpe, Managing Director & CEO of the Company, informed the Board that he would like to step down from the position of Managing Director & CEO.

While accepting Karpe's request, the Board requested him to continue in the said position till a successor is appointed.
