Outcome of board meeting of BCL Industries and Infrastructures

The Board of BCL Industries and Infrastructures has allotted 1556000 equity shares on conversion of warrants. Subsequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 15.70 crore. The shareholding of the Promoters and Promoter Group has increased from 51.02% to 55.87% of the total paid up share capital of the company.
