Outcome of board meeting of Binny

Held on 01 December 2014

Binny announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 December 2014, has transacted the following businesses:-

1. The Board is informed about the Joint Development Agreement (JDA), finalised by the Company for development of its land for integrated township with M/s. SPR Group on Joint Development Model subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot.

2. The Board has accorded its in-principle approval for the merger of Mohan Breweries and Distilleries, a Company under the same management along with its Subsidiary, Arthos Breweries with Binny and directed the Company to submit the scheme of merger for final approval.
