Outcome of board meeting of Capital Trust

Held on 13 July 2015

Capital Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 July 2015, took note of resignation of M/s. VSH & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s. SGR & Associates, Chartered Accountants, in their place to fill the casual vacancy for the year 2015-16 till conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
