Outcome of board meeting of Electrosteel Castings

Electrosteel Castings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 24 December 2014, has approved the following matters:

1. To offload 7,20,000 Equity Shares of the Company's investment in Singardo International, an Associate Company of the Company.

2. To appoint Prem Kumar Bafana as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
