Excel Crop Care announced that at the meetings held on 01 June 2016, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved sale of investment in 1,45,760 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up of Excel Industries at aggregate consideration of Rs. 4,05,21,280/-.
