1. Approval of slump sale of Pithampur FIBC division of the Company

2. Appointment of Parag Gupta (DIN: 06423095) as an Independent Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of Anand Khandelwal (DIN: 07889346) as a Whole-time Director of the Company.
