Outcome of board meeting of Goyal Associates

Goyal Associates announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 January 2015, has considered and taken on record the proposed business plan of the Company and future induction of funds. The capital induction report and business plan will be submitted to Reserve Bank of India in due course.
