Outcome of board meeting of Intec Capital

Intec Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, had considered and approved the following:

- The appointment of Vinay Patel as a member of Delisting committee in place of Bhushan Tuli who has resigned from the Company and hence ceased to be a member of Delisting Committee.
