Ishan Dyes & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 October 2014, has accorded for change in the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ("the RTA") of the Company from "MCS" (existing RTA) to "MCS Share Transfer Agent having its Registered Office at 12/1/15, Manoharpukur Road, Kolkata- 700 026.
