Outcome of board meeting of Mazda

Mazda announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 July 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Designated Mohib N. Khericha, Director as a Chairman of the Company.

2. Appointment of Saurin V. Palkhiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of Nilesh C. Mankiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.
