Outcome of board meeting of Plethico Pharmaceuticals

Plethico Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 September 2014, inter- alia, decided to postpone its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was scheduled on 29 September 2014 and make an application to the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh for extension of time for a period of three months for holding the AGM.
