Outcome of board meeting of Scooters India

Scooters India announced that Government of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Department of Heavy Industry vide its letter dated April 23, 2015, has conveyed the nomination of Pravin Agrawal, Director, DHI, vice A. K. Deori as Part time official Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect and until further order. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 04 May 2015 took note of the same.

Further, Rahul Bali, Director (T) & B. N. Raj, Financial Controller (now designated as CFO) have been nominated as Key Managerial Personnel in terms of requirement of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
