Outcome of board meeting of Shree Pacetronix

Held on 30 January 2015

Shree Pacetronix announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, transacted the following items of business other than regular administrative and operational business:

- Appointment of Ashish Nayak as Secretarial Auditor of the Company in place of Ashish Garg, existing Secretarial Auditor.

The Board has also discussed the other operational, financial and administrative matters in details and passed the necessary resolutions.
