1. Decided to change the registered office of the Company from Shree Sound Complex, Madhavdas Pasta Road, Behind Chitra Cinema, Dadar, Mumbai: 400 014 to 912, Krushal Commercial Bldg, M G Rd, Chembur (W), Above Shopper Stop, Mumbai: 400 049 with immediate effect.

Other Matters:

2. Decided to change the operating signatories of Bank Account of the Company maintained with IDBI Bank, Dadar Branch.
