1. Change of Corporate Office from 201, Orbit Plaza, Prabhadevi, Mumbai to 1101, Universal Majestic, Ghatkopar Mankhurd Link Road, Chembur - West, Mumbai.

2. Disposal of Undertaking at C/57/1 & 2, TTC Industrial Area, Thane Belapur Road, Pawane, Navi Mumbai - 400705.
