Outcome of board meeting of Sun & Shine Worldwide

Sun & Shine Worldwide announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2014, inter alia, has considered the following;

1. The Board has decided to convene 20th Annual General Meeting for the year 2013-14 as on 29 September 2014 at 10.00 A.M. at registered office of the Company.

2. CS Shubham Agarawal, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as the scrutinizer to conduct e-Voting in free, fair and transparent manner.
