Outcome of board meeting of Universal Cables

Universal Cables announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015 has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Dr. Kavita A. Sharma as an Additional Director (Non-executive Independent Woman Director) on the Board of the Company.

2. Increase of Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 25 crore to Rs. 45 crore, by creation of additional 2,00,00,000 (Two Crores) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
