PAE to conduct board meeting

PAE will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 August 2017, to consider and approve allotment of 5,20,000 share warrants to the promoters convertible into equity shares as per Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 after approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on 28.7.2017.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
