Petronet LNG announces change in nominee director

With effect from 07 August 2019

Petronet LNG has appointed Dr. Ashutosh Karnatak, C&MD and Director (Projects), GAIL as Additional Director (Nominee Director - GAIL) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 7 August, 2019 subsequent to the Nomination received from GAIL to appoint him in place of B.C. Tripathi consequent to completion of his tenure as Chairman and Managing Director of GAIL (India).
