Phoenix Mills allots 10,000 equity shares under ESOP

Phoenix Mills has allotted 10,000 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 30,67,63,380 consisting of 15,33,81,690 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 30,67,83,380 consisting of 15,33,91,690 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
