Polaris Consulting & Services announced that the stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of the Company has approved on January 28, 2015, the allotment of 18,100 Equity Shares to Seven (7) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 4,550 Equity Shares to six (6) associate(s) under ASOP 2011 Scheme vide Circular Resolution.
