Pricol Pune renamed as Pricol

Pricol announced that the name of the Company has been changed from "Pricol Pune" to "Pricol" with effect from 18 November 2016 pursuant to the order received from Hon'ble High Court, Madras approving the scheme of amalgamation of Pricol with Pricol Pune and compliance with the filing requirements under Companies Act, 2013.
