Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care appoints director

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care announced that Sonali Dhawan has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-executive Director) of the Company, with effect from 07 May 2014. Sonali Dhawan shall hold office as an Additional Director till the ensuing 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
