Quadrant Televentures announces change in CFO

With effect from 14 November 2014

Quadrant Televentures announced that Sunil Jit Singh had resigned from the office of 'Chief Financial Officer' (CFO) & will vacate the office from 14 November 2014.

Further, the Board of Directors on the recommendation and approval of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee have approved the appointment of Ashu Ratan Khare as "Chief Financial Officer" (CFO) with immediate effect i.e. 14 November 2014.
