Ramco Systems allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Ramco Systems announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 January 2015, has approved an allotment of 13,564 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 5,785 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 3,119 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A) and 4,660 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B).

Consequent to this, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 2,43,37,368 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 2,43,50,932 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
