Relaxo Footwears update on scheme of amalgamation
Relaxo Footwears has received the certified copy of the final order of NCLT sanctioning the scheme of amalgamation between Marvel Polymers and Relaxo Rubber and Relaxo Footwears on 04 January 2019.
The Scheme shall become effective upon filing of certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.
