Under Composite Scheme of Amalgamation
IDFC Bank has allotted 137,71,09,057 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each, fully paid-up, to the eligible equity shareholders of Capital First as on 31 December 2018 being the 'Record Date', as per the Share Exchange Ratio in terms of the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Capital First, Capital First Home Finance and Capital First Securities with IDFC Bank.Consequent to the allotment of the above shares, the issued and paid capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs.3404,41,25,470 {340,44,12,547 equity shares of Rs.10 each) to Rs. 4781,52,16,040 (478,15,21,604 equity shares of Rs.10 each).
