Reliance Infrastructure announces change in CEO

With effect from 01 January 2016

Reliance Infrastructure announced that the Company has appointed Lalit Jalan as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (Acting CEO) of the Company with effect from 01 January 2016. Jalan had earlier held the portfolio of CEO for over seven years. He will take over as Acting CEO from M S Mehta who is leaving the Company due to personal reasons.
