Revathi Equipment gets extension to hold AGM

For a period of three months

Revathi Equipment announced that the Company is not able to hold Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company within 30 September 2015 and annual reports of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2015 have not yet been made ready.

In this connection, the Registrar of Companies (ROC) has given extension of time for three months under Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013 to hold the AGM.
