RPG Life Sciences announces appointment of Managing Director

RPG Life Sciences announced that the Board has appointed C. T. Renganathan as an Additional Director and as the Managing Director for a term of 3 years with effect from 02 January 2015 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other regulatory approvals as may be necessary.
