Rural Electrification Corporation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2016 to consider and approve Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
